Nick...the complaint in St. Louis was valid. A lower judge allowed the polls to stay open after the 7:00 close. St. Louis is heavily skewed Democratic. At the time most state and federal races were very tight. By the way, the lower judge was overruled. Are you sure the GOP claimed a Demo conspiracy all over the U.S.?
