News Release. ca.biz.yahoo.com Thursday November 9, 10:32 am Eastern Time Press Release Sharpe Resources Corporation: Announcement Sharpe has made the necessary regulatory filings in the US as part of an effort to expand upon the distribution of shareholders in the US. The company obtained approval for a OTC:BB, (Symbol SHGPF) listing in 1995, however, this listing has remained essentially inactive since that time. In 1998-99 Sharpe completed a form 20F in order to improve upon corporate disclosure under SEC regulations to allow the company to trade its shares in the US.
