Dumb-Dumb Most of the overseas votes are from the military. Do you have any idea of just how much the average military person detests the "don't ask, don' tell" guideline. Just think out of the 200,000 votes, most are military and will be at least 55% for Bush. (My real guess is about 60/40 pro Bush). That will be another plus 10,000 votes for Bush.
