I am not sure if the rationale that the stock dropped $100 is a good one (it would not have worked with a bunch of .com's), but BRCM happen to be a solid company, still richly priced here, but the market will go to 3650, I doubt they will leave the trio BRCM, BRCD and CREE behind. Zeev
