Hey! Wait a minute.... Actually, I'm only referring to the western club of "polite" nations and their obliging satellites in the Third World!
Of course, I'm quite aware that, when it comes to so-called "rogue countries" like Irak, Serbia, or even former Zaire (Mobutu), the US DOES have a preference indeed --and, accordingly, manages to get it through....
