And the real villain, the media, continues on its merry course. Each side, whether Democratic or Republican, will spin out their respective consiracy theories to the media and whip everyone into a lather, which is their purpose. And only 2 days after the networks inexcusable behavior, they are at it again, reporting anything and everything that pops up. The fact that they would declare Gore a winner in Fla when 25% of the polls hadnt closed, with the Panhandle being in a different time zone, just points to the reckless competitive nature of the media. In fact, they have become nothing more than entertainment mediums for politicos, lawyers, and spinsters. Regardless of who wins, the idea of projecting winners before ALL polls have closed I find personally offensive. But nothing will change. Because people will continue to suck it all up to support their own theories and spinsters know this and it will always be that way.
I rate all of them slightly above that of street barkers outside of strip joints. |
