El, I hope you are right, but we have fallen several points on openings of less than 800000 shares. It doesn't add up to serious selling, just specialists shaking out the weak hands and accumulating those daytrading shares while increasing the holdings of the institutional investors. The analysts know by now that Dell has its own set of problems to contend with. Darlings are not given a free pass anymore, although some would like it that way. Conversely, until CPQ becomes a darling, if it ever does become one, it will follow the market. I am inclined to see how far it drops before buying a boatload of options or leaps.
It hurts, my JBL is down from 54 to 45 in two days, so the Compaq share price is actually doing better. JBL will have 50% growth this year alone and is trading at a PEG of less than one. Talk about a bargain. |
