I will make a prediction - everyone knows I rarely do this - IF BUSH GETS THE FINAL VOTE TONIGHT, I BELIEVE GORE WILL COME OUT AND CONCEDE CONTENGENT ON ABSENTEE BALLOTS COMING IN ON BUSH'S SIDE. He will do this in order to at least say he does not support any other countering activity that might be drudged up.
