And ignorance of the law is no excuse. The parties agreed to and signed off on the format. Can't cry "foul" after the fact if you are unhappy with the results. Any re-vote would only further taint the election.

Do a recount, let the chips fall where they may. We had the same butterfly format (which was extremely laborious due to the many propostions)in my area, I don't hear any Dems complaining. But then again, their dead guy won.
