That post shows a time-consuming effort on my part to get through to you on a previous issue. As I showed, the answer to that question of yours had been posted at least six times.
I have also addressed the question of blame for the children's deaths over and over and over and over again. I will do it again. Your reaction will be a one-liner.
Confrontations between IDF soldiers and large groups of child and adolescent stone throwers, some using the swinging slings that make rocks into effective game-killing weapons among primitive peoples, interspersed with molotov cocktail-hurlers and snipers, are resulting in deaths and injuries of many children.
In these confrontations, Israeli soldiers fire bullets, some rubber coated. Even rubber coated bullets can kill. The IDF soldiers have, it seems clear, violated their own rules of engagement guidelines many times firing into the crowds in these violent confrontations with rock-throwing children, snipers, and explosive projectiles. For example, they have many times fired rubber bullets from so close a range that they can inflict serious injury and even death.
As I wrote to Steven, "there are things being done by the Israelis in answer to the present intifada that are miserably unjustifiable."
And then there is the contribution of the settlers, belligerent zealots and fanatics, as I have called them, whose settlements must be dismantled, as I said in the same post in which I said to Del, "You have misunderstood if you think it is the poor, pitiable Palestinian mothers for whom I have contempt."
Now: Let's talk about the teensy weensy itty bitty issue of how so many children come to be in such a dangerous place. That, also, throws light on the question "On who lies the blame that those children are dying?"

I will once again go back and excavate what I had assumed you were reading and comprehending about my opinion of the Palestinian role in the deaths of the children. But no, you remain in your accustomed bewildered state.
This is the last time I will do this for you. Your incomprehension is wearing as thin as is your willingness to ask questions that have already been answered and concomitant refusal to respond to requests for clarification of your own statements.
