I believe he's a dog, George. He's "staking" out more property for Winspear. The four corners are marked by the yellow snow. Think they'll accept it down at the mine claims office? Who needs metal tags? 'Ol Yeller makes his rounds through sleet, snow, and hoooowling winds...... never loses scent of the boundaries.

If you want to copy it you might consider holding the paper down with some of Tomato's moon pies.
