a) uniform ballot that's very clear (so absolutely no one could be confused by it)
---

The ballot style used in Palm Beach is fairly traditional - ballots like that have been used across the US for decades without issue.

Every registered voter in Palm Beach received a copy of the ballot in the mail prior to the election.

Finally, it was approved by the head of the local election commission - a democrat.

No one seemed to have a problem with the ballot until it became clear that Florida could possibly determine who our next President would be. That strikes me as disingenuous at best.
