Al Gore campaign officials say Democrats are going to be asking for a hand-count of the votes in Palm Beach County and three other Florida counties.

A federal judge has scheduled a hearing for this afternoon to address allegations of voter irregularity in West Palm Beach, Florida, as the state continues its recount of presidential votes. The advantage for Republican candidate George W. Bush over Gore was 793 votes after 46 counties completed their recount, according to The Associated Press.
