Good point.... As far as I'm concerned, the terms of the debentures effectively dilutes the current float by 1.2 million shares (8%). As the share price decreases, the dilution percentage increases almost in lockstep. By the way, did you see Kathy Riley's comment about the Newsweek Y2K cover story on the main Zitel thread? I didn't have the heart to tell her that she probably pegged the ultimate contrarian indicator!!
