Choose, yes, and even though I voted for Bush, yes, if the situation were reversed, I'd feel EXACTLY the same way.
If it was reversed, and it was Bush that did what Gore is doing, I'd never EVER vote for the man again.
However, I really think Bush is MUCH a more savy polititian than that, and would of NEVER said to the public, in a press release (like Gore's spokesman did), let alone BEFORE the recount was finished, in effect: 'Hang the voters and the recount, if the other guy wins, we are going to to court'.
The law is the law, and while I don't agree with the Electoral College (I haven't in a long time), NOW is NOT the time to change it, right in the middle of the election, and yes, if the roles were reversed, I'd feel the same way.
Personally, I think the Electoral college is OUT of date, and should be abolished, but that is an argument for another day, and NOT now.
