Re: circular logic I am not sure I follow you. If Bush wins the vote in FL and then maintains his lead after a recount, he is President! For Gore to claim he is because he has a slight lead in the popular vote is disgusting. But by taking the course of litigation he is taking, he is not adhering to the Constitution and the Electoral College as he said he would. It's time for some statemanship, and Gore is showing none.
