It's still very much a traders market. We may get a capitulation type sell-off and reversal soon. The problem is that the tech stocks have seen about five capitulations so far this year. The small and mid cap indexes are still up for the year. They have seen sell-offs as well but not as steep and have lifted off them better. The arrogance of many tech stock investors has almost been erased.
