OT: Not to clog up the thread, last post on it. But, Florida has used the ballot in the past, and had no problem with it. Bush, IMHO, would have one the popular vote, had it not been for the debacle caused by the media, by annoucing the Big 3 (Fla, MI, and Penn) were securely in Gore's corner. I know personally voters in Pensacola who didn't bother to vote, once they heard the news on Florida. You can bet that happened across the country as well. No one seems to be talking about that though.
