Deni Conner breaks spin-off news She has an article in Net Fusion today detailing the spin-off of Novell's net content division into a separate company called Volera. The article says the deal will be that Volera is 80% owned by Novell and 20% will be offered to other investors. I hope that Novell will call a press conference.
