<ot>Hi Michael, it is true. Technically, it has to be a vertical list. However, like "jay walking" and other rules, they are largely overlooked if they don't cause a problem.
Ultimately, I agree with NW that a knock down drag out fight is counterproductive, but if indeed there is legitimate grievance, as Americans, irrespective of their political affiliations, they should support a fair resolution. The national pride is riding on it, or else, the incoming administration has already lost the moral high ground
