And one from last weekend, from the five-year old, that seemed to come out of left field.

The 5-year old is talking to her little brother, teasing him with
"Are you a mommy?"
"No."
"Are you a grandpa?"
"NO!"
"Well you know, you're going to be. Everybody has to be a grandma or a grandpa." Pauses ... "Well, maybe not everybody."

I chime in, "That's right. You might decide not to have kids, so I might not become a grandpa."

Her: "Or you might get run over by a car."

Hmmmm...
