Gottfried, I'd rather see exclusively on-topic posts here rather than the selective 'dissing' from the brilliant analysts Red 'inside-out' Dragon and Michael 'Narcissus' Schurr. It remains difficult to keep this thread on the straight and narrow when these posters come swooping in with the sole intent of flaming. I, nor anyone else, has anything to gain from the tangents that are personal attacks. However, personal attacks should not be confused with the vigorous discussion SI is known for. Specifically, my training in the biomedical sciences leads to 'vigorous discussions' on biotechnology threads. These are likely to be confused for 'attacks' by those less familiar with the salient details of a particular BT topic.

Perhaps in the period since Mike's last post he has became so comfortably positioned (with his semi-equipment shorts), he could spend time to unleash his mighty intellect towards my field, biotechnology. You know I've no talent, Mike, and I, no, everyone, needs your insightful approach.
