TraderGreg, Teddy Roosevelt was running to help Wilson but Nader was running to hurt Gore. Seems to me that is quite a difference. Also, hard to compare Roosevelt, a former President, to Nader who never held a political office. I think the Greens should start at the grass roots level and elect state legislators and congressmen before they tackle the Presidency. I think they have hurt their cause by having Nader run for President. Right now, there are a lot of liberal progressives who resent Nader.
