I find the situation surrounding licensing of Valence's own technology very interesting. Lev said they've been approached by several entities who've wanted to sign JV agreements in order to get access to the technology, and that he wants to sell them licenses. He said he's been holding them off while working out the Telcordia deal.

He also said they've had pent-up demand for licensing for some time, and have already written licensing agreements he'll offer to these people. So we may see some additional exciting developments in the coming weeks and months.

I also noted that he said they've been producing and shipping hundreds of thousands of batteries to existing customers, so things must be running well in NI too.
