Well, the top "power that be" is an arrested adolescent who probably thinks this is the funniest thing he's ever seen, ( 'ceptin his wee, crooked trouser trout ), what with two guys he doesn't like hamstrung for the forseeable future. Hell, he's probably conniving some way to get a third term out of this.
