Of course not. If you re-read my note, you will see that I was talking about the elderly being targets of many scams because of their lack of comprehension. But, this problem doesn't just effect the elderly. In your case, you read my note and totally mis-read it. Perhaps you too would have had problems with the ballot? <g>

The law covers this situation. As such, Americans have the right to justify a wrong thru the courts. If you are correct, and this is a non-issue, the courts will not allow a re-vote, and thousands of Americans will have lost their right to vote because of a government blunder.
