Let's see Valence wasn't safe to buy at $14 because it might go to $11.....Now Valence is at $18 and it's not safe to buy until $21.5......LOLLOLLOLLOLLOL...... Valence now owns virtually all the known worldwide rights to Lithium Polymer Technology and Zeev says its not safe to buy until $21.5.....Very interesting..... Show some fortitude and buy a little....
