Joe, I hope you are right and Gore will concede if he loses the recount. But you have a higher opinion of Democrat honor, integrity, and patriotism than I. I don't believe that Gore will live up to the precedent set by the Richard Nixon. If Gore concedes, he has a shot at a comeback in 2004. If he drags this on, public opinion would hopefully turn on him, but he may be hoping to use the liberal media to portray Bush as the demon here. The media circus has begun. Jackson is leading protests. It is ironic that Daley, whose father stole the 1960 election for Kennedy, is attempting to do the same for Gore. The Democrats are facing the total loss of power.
