More FUD, eh? Now you're claiming that Metricom is going to go ch. 11 and then PA would take over, eh? Okayyyyy, what about the holders of the Preferred Stock? WCOM is to be the reseller of the service. So you think they'd just roll over? No. So then only the common will get trashed, in the only realistic version of your scenario. Think this would withstand a shareholder lawsuit? Not on your life. Not what Paul Allen is about, either. This is his baby, and he will see it through.

We can designate you the FUDman. No substance, just fear-mongering.

Oh, and by the way, from the last 10Q: "In November 1999, we issued 60,000,000 shares of preferred stock to Vulcan Ventures Incorporated and MCI WorldCom, Inc. for gross proceeds of $600 million. "
