Being someone who has helped the elderly and disabled, I have plenty of empathy.
Still, it doesn't make their vote count any more if they did it wrong. And I have no sympathy for someone who complains about it.
It's like taking a test, failing, then complaining "I didn't study" or "I didn't understand the question". It's too late. Tough.
