I looked through the Time & Sales data and the trades at 90 occurred at 1:49 pm. They appear to be at the bid, i.e., they were sells. The lowest ASK price I saw was 90¼. You didn't miss it by much. Knowing that stocks have a tendency to bounce off whole numbers, I usually put in an order at a price that's a bit off that. For example, if I'm hoping to sell a stock for 120, I might put the order in for 119¾.
