Hi bobby:

I have a feeling that companies that are low keyed will probably be
the biggest movers once gold starts moving...if one reads behind the
lines one has to assume that since the demand is raising and the
supply is dwindling..eventually the prices will snap upward..
why shouldn't majors keep the juniors as low as possible in order for
them to get the best deals possible..I bet another group will come
on the scene to provide more private placements for companies that have the reserves
...who knows many the hedge funds are creating an
opportunity for themselves to start investing in juniors with good
potentials..to hedge themselves against the spiraling equity market..
things are getting more and more interesting..
ps..I think things are going to have to give soon..a lot of older
baby boomers are getting paid less since they have been axed...people
on fixed income have gotten badly hurt if they are just in fixed incomed investments..their standard of living has already gone downhill before "inflation"..people are counting on inheritances but
life expectancy is getting longer and longer and nursing homes costs
are outrageous..(maybe people won't mind limited care being provided
by some HMO's though :) )...
As soon as DOW starts stumbling...maybe players will play gold and
then people will assume there is inflation because gold will start going up..if they are assuming there is no inflation because gold is
not going up..
anyways...I am looking for those boring juniors that have reserves
but no "interest"..
