You are correct. I continue to submit that, in the face of all fair and balanced evidence, Gore got more national votes and more Floridian votes. For Bush to ignore this and accept the presidency would be tragic both for his administration and for the nation.

I continue to submit he'd become a national hero, famous for all time in American history, were he to concede to Gore. Were he to do this, Bush would be a virtual shoe-in next time he runs for the presidency. And certainly at his young age, this is good stuff to have. He'd also run in the future with more background and experience as a governor in the state of Texas.
