It's unfortunate there are such people who contrive to undermine a system their fellow citizens put their trust in and others have shed blood.

I'm in upstate, a predominantly Republican stronghold and much to my chagrin she won here as well. She has had years to perfect her delivery and she was more effective at getting her message across. Lazio, I think lost during the first debate when he invaded her space in such an aggressive manner. He also had his boyish appearance against him and lacked the air of a seasoned professional. Although he has been an effective Representative, he was mostly unknown upstate. Also it is difficult for any non Democrat even with strong upstate support to overcome the strong Democratic vote of NYC. Just too many people there.

If that were not bad enough, assuming they stay together, this will also be home for Slick Willie. LOL
