WAKE UP GEORGE

We've just gotten a tremendous gift from Novell. The 80/20 deal means that the spin-off will have a number of advantages for Novell share-holders.

First, that 20% represents investors that will not live with anything less that GOOD MANAGEMENT. So we just lost Stewart Nelson and all of the other Novell managers that have had a hard time understanding the internet infrastructure market. What we have gained is a start up company in a critical position in a new industry that is just happening.

The new company has a year or so worth of cash. That means they have to shape up and grow at a tremendous rate. New executives are going to be coming into this company to get the company moving forward.

In fact there is plenty of reason to beleive that Volera will immediately become the new pretty girl in school, everyone will want a date with her.

As a merger candidate, Volera comes with the best technology Novell has and with Drew Major. This is a diamond in the rough.
