Spin Off Motivations.....

Novell should spin off ICS/Volera to existing shareholders.

Then the new management should work a plan of action which dilutes these originating shareholders while bringing in new, outside shareholders and capital.

How Novell goes about doing this will speak volumes to validate and contradict Nelson's "what's in it for me/us" insiders mentality.

IMHO, Novell is being spun-off and broken up for the exclusive benefit of insiders FIRST and everyone else a far distand LAST.

This is the pattern which perfectly matches Stewart Nelson's ACTIONS to place himself first and other Novell employees and shareholders last.

If Novell shareholders are going to simply sit by and buy this BS then we deserve everything we are getting.

Which will be nothing.

Period.

JMHO

Peace.

GO!!
