I would appreciate commentary, particularly from our attorneys. Why would they have made this additional disclosure? Permission to withhold the info denied by SEC? The typo ("indiret") is theirs. from filing, 8/16/99....... 1.6 "Field" shall mean a Product useful in treating, preventing or controlling [* ], the development or discovery of which utilizes DGI Technology and/or is covered by a DGI Patent Right. from filing, 8/14/00...... 1.6 "Field" shall mean a Product useful in treating, preventing or controlling diabetes by direct or indiret [ *], the development or discovery of which utilizes DGI Technology and/or is covered by a DGI Patent Right.
