I'm no lawyer, but it would seem to
me that if the West Palm Beach
butterfly ballot is proven to be
illegal under existing Florida law as the
MSNBC Hard Ball report was claiming and the
fact that +19,000 uncounted double punched
ballots exist; then some sort of 'remedy'
would appear to be required ..
