Ted <<I think people were hoping that ASPs would be flat Q4 as was suggested in the CC, and then go up next year as new products came on line.>> People can read into what Jerry said between the lines if they want to, Q4 was mentioned in relation to questions about Duron pricing, but he did not say Q4 only per blended ASP, he said forget the magic 100 number for now, to me now means Q4 and a quarter or two beyond, beyond that no one knows, <droid> anyone claims otherwise is just being cautious. AMD still has the edge: price/performance with nice margin, with increasing volume for a foreseeable and substantial period of time.
