It wasn't confuseing at all. Perhaps my post was. I understood your arguement that each state should have a minimum vote. I was argueing against that idea. The states themsevles are not voteing the people are. Why should Wyoming's votors effect the determination of the next president more then Fairfax County VA, when Wyoming has less people? There easily can be as much difference in opinion and outlook between the people of Fairfax County and the people of Richmond as there is between the people of Wyoming and the people of its neighboring states. What reason is there to make sure Wyoming has a minimum effect on the election but not Fairfax County?
