Dan Re..Murdoch's little gift to Newt, which Newt couldn't see any possible problem with, was a cool $4 million or so. By way of contrast, Newt rode Jim Wright out of Congress on the weight of some picayune $50k book deal.

I am not defending Newt. The simple fact is , Wright and Newt both left; and the country was better off. The same would be true of the rest of the crooks; including the head crook, Bill. What difference what party they belong to. Get rid of them.

As to the ever popular right wing rant about Clinton selling out to the Chinese, consider the dates in this little snippet:<<<<<<<

I was talking about taking money from Chinese army faction, in order to sell surplus guns. I am talking about taiwanese contributions. I am talking about Bill entertaining gunrunners at house parties. We need to get off of this , he a democrat so its okay, or he is a Republican, its okay. Its not okay for any party, period. Bill should have been run out of town a long time ago; just like Newt and Wright was, and Al should have been president. Bill, by staying too long has probably ruined it for Al. Even if Al with his legions of lawyers prevail in Fla.; he will still be tainted by it; right or wrong. Maybe the country would be better off if Al and GW go into a back room and flip a coin to determine a winner.I don't know. But anything will be better than the legal quagmire we are about to get caught up in.
