I'm not smart enough to know if you're right about the statistical stuff.

Regardless of whether or not you're right, I'm not concerned about bias, irregularity or whatever with regard to the ballot's impact on the election. I am concerned about it to the extent that it can be improved for the next election.

I don't have an opinion about the legality of the ballot. I'm not an expert in election law.

My only immediate concern is that the votes that were cast be dealt with according to requirements laid down in our Constitution and that all parties involved deal with that process in an honorable mannner. Since that last wish has already been lost in only the second day following the election, I can now only hope that the first wish comes true.
