When the vote gets this close.....one box of misplaced ballots, one polling area closed too soon,.....anything and everything will be suspect. There can just be no satisfactory outcome. No matter what finally happens, the holy warriers for the losing party will be galvanized like never before for the Congressional races in two years and the next Presidential race. If the losers are the demos, the get out the vote drive in the cities will be hurculean. Amazing times we live in.
