Please cite an update copy of Florida election law relative to ballot placement. Are you saying it isn't true that the punch-hole legally had to be to the right of the candidate's name? Regarding the sample, what was previewed prior to Tuesday's voting was a sample ballot not including the punch-holes and one which had not withstood the scrutiny of Tuesday voters.
