Chuckle. OK, so...... "Omitted Information filed separately with SEC-Confidential Treatment Requested by New Brunswick Scientific Co., Inc." and indicated as [* *] the request is always granted? OK, I can buy that, but, still, your answer evades the larger question...... why would an attorney or anyone else be COMPELLED, direct or indiret, to go back and add the diabetes info? Thanks, again, for any thoughts.
