Well 225 votes isn't much, but it is still a lead and all counties have reported, so Gore's only chance to win the recount as I see it is to win the absentee votes, which isn't likely. Even if they get a judge to agree that the election wasn't fair, how could it possibly be remedied short of a revote? And if they re-vote, they might as well just give Gore the election since Nader would be a non-factor. The Republicans will never agree to that and there will be hell to pay if they try to force it. The presidency probably wouldn't be worth having under those circumstances.
