re MRVC, I'm a bit more bullish on it for these reasons:
Looking at the weekly chart, the 5 week MA has just crossed the 20 and 40 week MAs, the weekly stocastic is turning up, the weekly MACD has just turned positive, the candles made a bullish engulfing pattern last week. While there may be resistence around 29, it should be another opportunity to add shares. The current move near term should take it to 29, before pulling back.
