I find it absurd that 120 votes can flip the outcome. There has to be a rule that to hold a high office you have to win with a greater margin than that. At the very least the margin of victory should exceed the number of invalidated votes. BTW, this is not a statement in support of Gore. I still think this should be the case even if by some fluke of nature Gore wins it. Then again, I believe in populous vote. ST
