Scumbria, In the recount, Gore has gained more than 3X as many votes as Bush. This is statistically out of the realm of possibility in a random process of that sample size, indicating that some non-random errors were introduced at the first count. another way to look at it is that Bush total changed by 0.0023 of 1 percent and Gore total changed by 0.0076%. When dealing with people and a manual process, this is a remarkable accuracy. I wish I could achieve this level of accuracy with in our company with our employees at any given task. Someone was probably cheating for Bush in the original count. I bet you would say that someone is cheating on the recount if the situation was reversed. Sounds like a Jesse Jackson school of thinking. Joe
