Agreed. You start running into the carfully-defined election schedule in the constitution: "The first Tuesday after the first Monday in November". Any re-vote would be challenged in court on those grounds even before it could be held. Another point you just made that will loom large if this court case is not simply dismissed is that if the ballot is found materially illegal, the entire county could be thrown out and Florida determined without it...
